Administration fee

In the electronic age we live in, we still get bookings by phone or email. This puts a lot of time pressure on our employees, and increases the chances of errors. Therefore, we are forced to introduce an administration fee from 1 April 2022 for all bookings that are not received electronically.

For exactly the same reason, we offer various electronic options for booking via EDI, Unifaun, Consignor, Cargoflux or bookjumbo.dk

Road package.

In addition, further measures will be introduced in the EU road package. It is expected to put the already lack of capacity under pressure. Against this background, price adjustments can be expected as a result. However, we do not currently know the consequences, but will update further in the future when it becomes relevant.

Reopening and even more lack of capacity

Like everyone else, we welcome the imminent reopening of the country. During the reopening in 2021, there was such tremendous pressure on the distribution system that for long periods it was impossible to solve the major transport tasks.

In the current situation, where there is already a shortage of capacity, we must fear that the system will again be overloaded, which naturally means that the price of capacity will rise. We therefore reserve the right, with one day’s notice, to settle a “Reopening surcharge” to cover our expenses. At the same time, we must suspend the stated transit times until the market has stabilized again.

The size of the supplement will appear on our website, www.jumbotransport.dk

Ad Hoc work

Our hourly wage prices for AD-hoc work in the warehouse have not been regulated for a long time.

Rising costs mean that we per. 1.2.2022 changes our hourly rate to DKR 550.00 per. hour.
